In my opinion a good chunk of this money deserves to be paid to individuals who help catch the Microsoft employees behind the design of Windows Registry and Windows Update. What the parent does here is typical: he plays onto the common sentiment of the majority of users that can be bothered to moderate. By stating some common items that have been regurgigated over and over, he hopes to get those "valueable" mod points.

I talked about how to trade material and how to store material safely,but there is a 3rd important rule. This is more important than any other safety measure and no one and I mean no one ever covers it.
Go out and tell everyone, in real life, how much you hate child porn. Tell your friends, families and neighbors how much you are against it. Do this on a regular basis. Tell everyone you are so sick of all the naked children you see on the internet. Show your friends the pictures you found on the internet and how pissed off you are about it. Go to the bookstores and complain about the photography books that contain nude photographs of children. Bring so much attention to yourself, and how much you despise this exploitation of children, that no one would ever suspect you of the opposite. Pretty smart
If people hear you constantly talking about child porn and child nudity and just how much you hate it, you can freely do as you please on the internet. No one will ever figure it out. You can be home wanking it to Arina but no one in Real Life will ever know about it, as long as you keep telling them about this problem you see on a daily basis that occurs on the internet. BTW for just a little extra security in real life, tell your local police department about what you see going on every day on the internet and how disgusting it is.
