OLED Displays Technology Primer and Forecasting

Course, you'll have another chance to get it right soon enough, the Slashdot editors love any type of new display technology that's "just on the horizon". I personally don't see what all the hoo-hah is about, my pr0n looks just fine on my LCD display. Don't even get me started on e-paper... If you can't wipe your ass with it, it's not paper.

Low carbs diet is a hoax and dangerous to boot

A low carb diet like Atkins mey result in weight loss but it has nothing to do with the carbs - you're simply being more careful about how much you eat and therefore eat less.

All weight loss is based on energy balance: if you gain more energy than you consume you'll gain weight.

Just like in Physics where you can have all kinds of energy (translational, rotational, heat,...), it still is just energy. It doesn't matter if you get your energy from eating carbs, fat or something else.

Besides, there are serious drawbacks to a low carb diet because you end up EATING FAT that fucking clogs up your arteries and makes you dead!

There's no short-cut to getting rid of those love-handles or a fat ass: eat less and work-out more. You'll need to do mostly aerobic exercises, but gain muscle weight will help you maintain your weight due to the increased metabolic rate.
