The Future of RPN Calculators

Noksagt writes "HP's recent release of the 33s won't be the last RPN calculator. Former HPers at Hydrix are hyping an impressive Linux-based PDA/calculator, named Qonos. They have a survey up regarding features, etc. More information can be found at comp.sys.hp48 or The Museum of HP Calculators. A new open hardware project called OpenRPN has also begun. Their mission is to produce horizontal and vertical format scientific RPN calcs and later a graphing calc."

Just remembered my one experience of a Mac...

I designed a large 1.9 metre * 1.2 metre banner, which spanned a 313 MB PSD file. It opened in about 30 secs on my Celeron 900 with 512 meg. I took it to the graphic designers who were using a Mac (looked like a G3/G4 to me).

After waiting about 5 minutes for it to open (stuck at about 20%) the designer asked me to go back to the office and he'd call me later. I don't know how long it took, but I didn't hear from him for hours. :-)

Assuming the company had good equipment (it looked good, the CRT monitor was large) why couldn't it compete with my 2 year old Celeron 900?

I started a class at the local college in January, and for the first time ever in my life, used a MAC. I was looking forward to a very enlightening experience since I have heard so much about how great Macs are, and I have been tremendously disappointed. The ones they have in the art department at this school are the s-l-o-w-e-s-t machines that I have ever used. They're slower than my antique PC notebook! And, perhaps because I have 3 PCs at home, the Macs seem very counter-intuitive. So far a disappointing experience, but I have the rest of the semester to revise my opinion. Right now, I'll stick with my trusty PCs.

You know those world's biggest gang-bang deals where some chick takes like a thousand dongs in a row up her cooter and basically it ruins her shit? Is there a gay version of that? Like some dude bends over and 1000 dudes line up and plug his corn hole with their tube steaks?

If so, do you think it's hard for the dude to take a dump afterward? I can't imagine the bunghole is quite as resilient as the hoo-ha is, so maybe that dude is jamming like six inch diameter logs down the pipes for months afterward. Do you think they include footage of that? That's kind of hot, you know, a guy with a perma-goatse situation where he could keep his wallet and keys up there. Do you think he went to the doctor after that and the doctor was all "have you been participating in any unusual activities lately?" and the guy was like "no, I don't think so, oh wait, there was that time where like 1000 dudes totally fucked me up the ass."

So anyway, where can I get a video like this?
