    Bullshit. Grow the fuck up. Nearly all of the patents that Microsoft files and is awarded are defensive. They patent stuff like TODO lists because a lot of companies *HAVE* sued Microsoft over really trivial shit. Witness the stupid patents over embedded controls (ActiveX, Java applets), HTTP links, etc.

    You have no reason to complain about this unless Microsoft files a suit using this patent. Which they won't -- Microsoft has THOUSANDS of patents. The vast, vast majority of these are used DEFENSIVELY.

    Linux weenies are suckers for baseless paranoia like this.
