Globalwin Jefi Watercooling Kit Reviewed

shockNZ writes "[H]ardOCP has reviewed what appears to be a first in PC watercooling - an 'open reservoir evaporative cooling system.' The Globalwin Jefi has a radically different design to most systems on the market. The reservoir is open at the top, and utilizes something akin to a showerhead in order to rain the incoming hot water from the PC down onto a floating heatsink. Perhaps surprisingly, it demonstrated excellent performance and low noise levels - and as a bonus, the reservoir can be used as an aquarium."

    According to a talk given by investigative reporter Seymour Hersh to a recent ACLU convention, the U.S. government has videotape of young, screaming boys being forcibly sodomized by Iraqi "contractors" while being taped by U.S. soldiers at the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

    "The worst is the soundtrack of the boys shrieking," the reporter told an ACLU convention last week. Hersh says there was "a massive amount of criminal wrongdoing that was covered up at the highest command out there, and higher."

    This has been alluded to before by members of Congress who viewed supposed footage of rapes and murders earlier this year during the first round of stories on abuses at Abu Ghraib. In addition to Hersh, similar allegations of rape both by Iraqi contractors and U.S. servicemen have been published in the Telegraph this May.

    Given that this story is all over the Web [and the international media as well, with a German TV newsmagazine airing a segment reporting that the International Red Cross has found at least 107 children in detention centers in Iraq.

    Incidentally, Bob Harris claims he couldn't find this story being covered in the US media at all. -ed.], it's appropriate to ask if Hersh is onto something. If so, what does this mean for the War on Terror? And what does this mean for America's soul?
