Now when you are on the road you can look up a free hotspot quickly and easily right from your iPod.     While not iPod friendly, I found this website when looking for hotspots in the Kansas City area: www.jiwire.com.
    They claim to have nearly 47000 hotspots in 65 countries, 15000 in the US. I hope this helps some.
