BayStar Sets Lawyers on SCO

On Friday morning, Eastern time, SCO announced that the stock buyback deal it agreed with the unhappy investor had closed.     Perhaps BayStar just plans to acquire SCO (and thereby its claims to Unix rights) so that they can pursue the rest of us more effectively ?
