10 Years of Beowulf Clustering

Quirk writes "Wired News has a blurb celebrating the 10th birthday of the Beowulf cluster. Attendees recalled the initial fear and loathing the Beowulf project had to overcome. The Beowulf project takes its name from an epic poem penned circa 1000 A.D."

Just last week, I think it was. John Kerry himself showed the world his own private Beowulf cluster in his house. The photographers took plenty of pictures, and the cluster itself is fully merged into the walls of his house. I have no words to describe this magnificent feat of engineering. See it in action here.
