IBM Files for Partial Summary Judgement vs SCO
Armchair Dissident writes "The Register is reporting that IBM has filed for partial summary judgement against SCO. Groklaw also has the story, and is saying that SCO was still offering the disputed code for download as recently as August 4 2004. If this is true, then - according to Groklaw - SCO's case must surely be scuppered. Again."
i wish slashdot would stop sucking groklaw's dick.
i don't get it. they're fighting to destroy a strong geek community that is not for profit. it's like peeing on a priest.
you can say: 'byte my .asp'. but you can't say 'the corepirate nazi felons' puppets, are (still) bullowing smoke up yOUR .asp'.

how
A very large and well-built pimp, dressed entirely in blue, is sitting at a table in a bar, counting his money.
The skankiest-looking whore imaginable walks up to the table-- drunk and drug-addled-- demanding that she be given a cut of all the money the pimp is making. She reasons that, since she was his first whore, all the other whores owe her royalties for the use of her great invention-- the vagina.
Now, IBM's response to the skanky whore's nonsense:
*slap*
"SHUT UP, BITCH!"
German translation:
Die SCO Die!
