Reader Finalnight writes "'Microsoft Corp. yesterday delayed yet again its oft-delayed Windows XP Service Pack 2, this time postponing the patch's distribution through the company's Automatic Update service.'"

GNAA Announces Launch Of GNAA Europe
London, England - Top GNAA officials have confirmed the long-rumored launch of the company's new European division, putting to rest myths that the organization had reached stagnancy in its membership.
The announcement came on the heels of the 2nd quarter membership and financial report of GNAA, Inc, which had reported a 15% decline in new memberships, down from 250,000 in the previous quarter. Investor confidence in the public company's stock dropped shortly afterwards, amid rumors of corruption and poor management in the highest levels of GNAA.

In general, my experience with Microsoft is that the company is sloppy. Apparently Microsoft managers don't allow the programmers enough time to finish their code.
It took me upwards of 12 hours to download SP2, and when I tried to use it in place of my old kernel, my computer refused to boot! Just goes to show you - ms is out to get linux in any way they can.
I think we just might see "South Park II" released before there is a `stable' XP SP2. BTW, while looking up the spelling of stable I found out the word pederast is a noun meaning "a man who commits sodomy with a boy". Is MS's actions causing some young and un-informed males harm by not releasing updates that should keep the OS they run secure? Is MS an accessory to pederasty? Oh, wait, I just found the definition for overbearing and overblown...
So... business at usual over at Microsoft huh?

is that Microsoft has released a Service Pack way behind schedule, and can't guarantee the fixes work. Why should poor Joe ServicePack install this SP2 if he isn't confident it will reduce his risks? If at all, SP2 could convince Joe to remain unpatched until crisis time.
