KDE 3.3 Officially Released

scorp1us was one of several to note that KDE 3.3 has been released. You can also read the infopage and the requirements. Commence downloading. Features a new spell checking library, a new theme manager, and much more.

    Since there is a new IE-related XP SP1 and SP2 exploit out, maybe now would be a good time for people to try out KDE.

    I only wish the money people in my division would understand this.

    Let's count how many days it takes Microsoft to release the fix. If this were open source, I (you) could be working on a fix right now.

    The thing that bothers me about this exploit is that there is no mention if I was reported to microsoft before the exploit was demostrated into the wild.

    Other than bashing microsoft, what is the good of this?

    First of all its not a "distro" that I use, its an actual operating system ( i.e. NOT linux ) and if you only rely on others then you are trapped forever to others choices..

    First day of using Linux it took me 15 minutes to find that the opposite of 'mount' was 'umount' and not unmount. Was also the same time I discovered 'apropos'.
