    Don't you think that these laws are rediculous in the first place. The internet should be complete and total anarchy. If your server is not secure enough to host important personal information then dont do it, someone steals it then its your fault. IF your inbox gets blown away with millions of penis enlargement emails then you should have wrote or bought some software to filter it. If people fall for phishing emails then they are too damn ignorant to even touch a computer IMO.
