HP To Start Selling Its iPod
Dozix007 writes "Uberhacker.Com is reporting that HP said Friday it will start selling its version of the iPod in September. HP's white iPod will be sold in a 20-gigabyte and 40-gigabyte version for $299 and $399 respectively. Apple's prices are the same. It is essentially a clone of the current design, with no real modification."

Is it really a total clone? I have no doubts that it will be very high quality stuff, like everything from HP (except new printers), but will it have the same gay design? I really love Apple's stuff not only because of clear technical superiority but mostly because of their cheerful style, bright and lively colours, it is so livery, so merry, so pleasant; almost promoting a feeling of cheer. Will this new HP clone preserve the original gayness?
Please put a 48 hour embargo on all and any iPod related news, I think I'm coming down with iPod poisoning. Or is that just from seeing that Duke freshman's nauseating barf^Wblog entry about Free (TM) iPods?
