    Forget the subscription, download the cracked version from BitTorrent or your favourite P2P client. These people are simply trying to make money off of the scene, since they advise you run cracked versions if the real version's protection isn't emulated. Keep the scene free

    Solution?
    Buy a proper PC (Intel), running a proper operating system (Windows XP), with proper drivers - written by professionals (rather than kiddies)

    What you're doing is ILLEGAL, and by encouraging the production of "cracks" and "no-cd executables" you're encouraging terrorism. It is quite possible that terrorist groups de-protect, copy and distribute pirate computer games for money. Think about that, next time there's an outrage...

    I will always crack their software for the simple reason that they're making a profit from something that should outright be shared with wine developers.

    They're hindering progress by running a separate branch and charging for it when they could be working with the wine developers in creating a FREE solid application that would otherwise make people seriously think about switching to Linux.

    Way to go, greedy bastards.

    I use Linux as my only OS. I like to play games on my computer. Winex allows me to play games in Linux on my computer. Mr Nobody that has some rant site about stuff he is morally opposed to should basically go fuck himself.
