Red Hat Acquires Netscape Server Products

KrisWithAK writes "According to a press release, Red Hat is acquiring parts of the Netscape Enterprise Suite including the directory server and certificate management system. I am definitely looking forward to more open source competition with OpenLDAP!"

    Ok, so now for the guts and goodies... Heh... Finally... A first for the first.. So this makes me wonder. New yellowdog possibly coming through the pipeline then? I know they just currently updated, to match with fedora? I think, but now, well, let's see what kind of crazy implementation they can bring this up to. I have to say though, any company doing their part to get other flavours of nix' on the map for the Macintosh rock my socks... I remember the first time I tried to get nix' running on an old-world machine. SOOOOO painful...
