Firefox 0.10.1 Released, Fixes Security Hole
_xeno_ writes "Firefox 0.10.1 was released today to fix a security flaw that could potentially allow a malicious site to erase files from the user's Download directory. If you already have Firefox 0.10 installed, you can go to Tools, Options, and choose Advanced, go to Software Updates and choose Check Now to grab the patch."
w00t w00t!
Still use forefox 9.3.0
Still love it
Still use MS Win98
ok, i want win2000 but that's not the point
older versions of software can generally be better than the new released software.
Heck, still have a 450MHZ machine
use it for web browsing, word processing, and SETI.
AND I have an OLD VERSION of MS OFFICE RUNNING!
I dont have to pay a thing. i'm happy with the old version, and DON'T NEED TO PAY MS FOR NEW "FEATURES" when the old one works just as well. If it's not broke don't fix it. In my opinion MS 98 runs better than XP. WHY? Because I don't use my credit card online that much, and PAMPER THE CRAP OUT OF IT SECURITY WISE. I have had this machine for 6 years. Always on the web. NEVER CAUGHT A VIRUS. I USE AVAST SYSTEM SCAN TO CHECK ALL THE TIME.
