glimmy writes "The US House of Represenatives passed a bill that imposes fines on the use of Spyware by a majority of 399-1. This bill excludes programs used by the FBI or spy agencies, though."

    They don't, but they try to pass laws all the time that would. Also read the rest of my comment, how about local corps that high outside corps.

    if you are running windows, you are a stupid fuck head and have no idea what internet and computer means and becuase of your stupidity, you will be never able to 'protect' your 'box' becuase you are sitting on a shit and you just shit yourself more. if you are running linux, you don't need to worry about anything, just move along
