DigitalLife Conference Coming to New York

Next weekend at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, NY many companies are getting together for the DigitalLife Technology Conference. It's billed as a CES-like show with demos and products for the average consumer. VUG, EA, Activision, and others will be displaying their wares on the exhibit floor, and Blue Man group is slated to perform during the Keynote.

    Activision . . . new consumer electronics . . . this seems like CES all over again . . . wait! What's that? Men covered in blue bodypaint with techno music? OMG I'm so totally there! :-)

    This is shaping up to be an actually fun expo, which we really need right about now, as TechXpo or whatever they are calling the PC expo these days is quite lifeless.

    Oh, and btw -- there will be an ongoing DDR tournament at the DigitalLife expo.

    That alone is worth the price of admission, IMHO :-)
