P2P Not Dead, Just Hiding

In a paper for CAIDA, the Cooperative Association for Internet Data Analysis, researchers present evidence that the supposed decline in P2P traffic is actually due to a decline in easy-to-track protocols as those that change port numbers on a regular basis become more popular."

Howdy, got a question that's not really dealing with P2P, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any pgms that use the wifi function of my notebook that I can use to send msgs in my classroom, that don't require the use of the internet ie. direct wifi connection

Oh I forgot, 50 story tall glass+steel towers don't collapse anymore when subjected to intense fires for 17 hours or more. A tower in Caracas, Venezuela burned from an electrical failure. 17 hours uncombated over 14 stories. Sprinkler system failed. Heavy winds from the sea. Still standing. Engineers say it's safe. I wanted to submit a firefox bug but they want me to upgrade to the latest version first, disinstall all extensions and create a new profile somehow..that's crazy!
I posted to those forums but no one responds.
Can anyone here help? Ever since last night when I click on a PDF it doesn't open in Firefox, it's more like nothing happens at all.
Any ideas?
