The creation of Linux was designed so that it could tear apart the flaws of Microsoft and give smart non-conformist free thinkers a computer operating system that is rival to their superior intellects and anti-herd mentallity. But never did they realize that their plan and the keystone of their movement would only be the shovel that buried their own graves.
At first, the Linux revolution spread and Microsoft was turned into a dartboard for the intelligent and it's CEO Bill Gates as a demotic antichrist who tore apart small defenseless corporations like a rabid wolf, blood dripping from his fangs with a heart that circulated the fluid of shoddy inferior software products the world over. The linux tank trawled across muddy terrain crushing in it's wake the demons of conformity and monopoly. But finally.. it ran out of fuel just outside the gates of Microsoft Headquarters. The relalliation against the retalliation was swift and brutal. Linux users who once used their so called computer-superiority to make up for the fact that they weighed several million pounds and produced more fatty acne deposits to fill the Caspian Sea had been crushed, forced to live as outcasts still clinging to the hope that Linux Torvaldis is the second coming of Christ and that he and his followers will someday laugh in the face of their opressive Roman overlords with the words that "we were right". The concept of Linux had exploded in their faces-- decimated by the sheer realization that people just frankly did not give a shit. While the so called Indie Media advocate had became a successful and justified counter-revolution, Linux was ruined because noone really cared. Noone gave a shit that their computer sometimes locked up and they got an error message or two every five years. Noone was prepared to learn complex DOS scripting just for the sake of non-conformity. Nobody gave a shit about having full and utter control over their computer. They just wanted to use it to surf the web, listen to mp3s and play some games. The Linux revolutionary failed to see this when he started his crusade and was speared down and forced back into the hole from whence he came.
