Halo 2 Retail Date Broken in Midwest
Thanks to c0nrad, who alerted us to a Gamespot article stating that Halo 2's launch date has been broken by a Midwestern store. From the article: "Several reports on the Gaming Age forums--which included photos of the limited edition of the game--said that several individual Meijer stores, a self-described grocery and general merchandise retailer that operates in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky, were selling the game early. However, calls made by GameSpot to several Meijer outlets made it sound like the franchise was sticking to the deadline." The reader continues: "Despite that, Ebay auctions have already gone up, with one having already reached $265!"

This is why the "Redundant" moderation should be eliminated. It's overused. 95% of the time a Redudant mod is used, it shouldn't have been.
Oh, and get rid of the Overrated and Underrated moderations, as the only reason to use those is to eliminate the purpose for meta-moderation, as they cannot be meta-modded. They have become even more over-used then the Redundant mod.
Pick up some of there gummy bears from the bulk foods. They're the best you'll ever have and only $1.49 per pound. Seriously!

Man, some people just won't let things go... I think that your man Kerry (making an assumption here based upon the parent post's content) did the proper and honorable thing by conceding the election in a timely manner.
