JBoss, SourceLabs, SugarCRM and OSDL all attracted venture capital investments this year, with SourceLabs receiving investments from former Senior VP of Microsoft.     You know, I'd heard that there were people who still didn't understand the difference between intellectual property and physical property, but I'd never seen one in the wild before. Thanks for giving me a look at one of these beasties in its natural habitat.
