I also look briefly at the differing development views and security principals of the closed and open source communities, how we can overcome some of the challenges of implementation as well as what it would take to create a vibrant learning environment using an open source architecture."

    That's why they developed KDE. Windows==You double click on something and it comes up. 5 minutes later it crashes. CLI or X11 with WM==You type something and it comes up. KDE==You double click on something and it comes up. So, how is Windows more usable?
