Maryland Declares Anti-Spam Law Unconstitutional

The cross island (belt system) parkway was never really designed for daily commuting, instead it was more of a way to bring people to the parks, hence parkway. That's why it's a mess.
FYI, the belt parkways consist of the Shore, Southern, Laurelton and Cross-Island. People just tend to call the Shore, Southern and Laurelton parkway the belt parkway now, and the signs were changed years ago.
