Maryland Declares Anti-Spam Law Unconstitutional

acidradio writes "The Maryland Supreme Court has ruled that fining a spam mailer in New York is unconstitutional as it tries to control commerce outside Maryland's borders."

    The cross island (belt system) parkway was never really designed for daily commuting, instead it was more of a way to bring people to the parks, hence parkway. That's why it's a mess.

    FYI, the belt parkways consist of the Shore, Southern, Laurelton and Cross-Island. People just tend to call the Shore, Southern and Laurelton parkway the belt parkway now, and the signs were changed years ago.
