    Learn to add you fucking dipshit. You can't add percentages. Let me show you real slow so your American-math stupid ass can follow:

    $100 - 7.5% = $92.50
    $92.50 - 10% = $83.25

    $83.25 is 16.75% of $100, not 17.5%.

    Not only that, but if you had a brain, you'd realize the numbers in the article don't even add up. They quote the 10% fall as the 16.75%.

    Learn to be at least halfway intelligent before attempting to flame.

    Never mind...

    I'll just wait until someone with money elsewhere in the world gets tired of the US games, and pays some Russian general enough money to get a decent-sized nuke and makes Washington glow in the dark. (Or has some Arabs steal one from Israel - who would nuke then? Tel Aviv? Feel free!)
