great. some article about using outmoded copyright protection to restrict the free market trade of information. yaay! lets have some articles detailing the process of using the department of homeland security to torture people who don't agree with the government!

Seems that he just bugged the guy until he stopped after he realised the ISP's weren't interested.

MailList King... Sounds like the sort of software used to bulk mail the crap that blocks up my email every morning.

In which case I'd have no sympathy.

The real damage here is if someone buys your software from him and there are viruses in it. Your product name could suffer. Plus, the idea of it being sold in a flea market...

So, was he from India or Italy? If he was from India, you probably could have called the local police department and sent them $5 bucks. They would have killed the guy. They are incredibly currupt. I hear people over there sell their kids if the price is right. If he was in Italy, you could have filled a complaint with Interpol. They might have been a little more civilized with the crook, but he would have been forced to remove your works.

Did you know his buisness address? You could have used the Kyzinski solution...

It is obvious that software in question is MailList King. it is actually a spammer's tool, isn't it? So, who is the bad guy here? I guess the "victim" is.

You're selling mail lists ("10,00,000K"???) and bulk emailing software. And you expect anyone to believe you're not a spamming cocksucker? Spamming cocksucker, suck my cock.

If you look at his UID and posting history you'll notice that suddenly "Nigel" decides to register an account. Any troll yahoo can do this using Nigel's name with a throw-away email account, so unless the Xequte website posts that this particular account is indeed Nigel then you should assume it's a troll.
