See you in hell cock smokerrrrrrr.....Sincerely, An MS Passport developer.

In a hideous twist of fate, Mr. Passportdeveloper was run over by an SUV. He went straight to hell, where his cock was indeed smoked.

More specifically, it was smoked over the smokiest fire in hell.

However, as one demon remarked, "It's not really worth smoking the cock of your average MS developer. They're so small, you don't even get a mouthful out of them. Plus, we didn't get a side-serving of balls; Mr. Passportdeveloper had already signed them over to Bill Gates via the EULA in Service Pack 2, and they are currently being held in secure storage at Gates' mansion, safe from theft by Mr.T"

a recent Google cache of the Ebay page you'll see almost the opposite: Ebay announcing a user incentive deal with using Passport exclusively. I wonder if something went sour in the recent past between Microsoft and Ebay.
