Apple Defendants Interviewed

The interview tells the whole story as a press release can not, from how Apple determined the kids to sue, to lawyers knocking on doors on Christmas Eve, and beyond. 'Collateral Damage' is a fascinating read which humanizes the whole messy situation."

i once seen a 1930's film clip showing a large Boa Constrictor wrapped several times around the torso of a live tiger and it was squeezing the hell out of that tiger, it did not kill the tiger but it wore it down to the point that when the snake released the tiger the tiger no longer wanted to eat the snake...

The ONLY reason Apple was allowed to use the name Apple, back in 1975, was by aggreing NOT to get into music-with some band called The Beatles. Dumb assess then broke this aggrement & were sued & lost.... Now they have done it again & will pay even more $$$$ over to The Beatles. One link included....
