Climate Change Doubles Drought Stricken Area

Cally writes "The National Atmospheric Research Center has published research showing that the percentage of Earth's land area stricken by serious drought more than doubled from the 1970s to the early 2000s, and attributing this to global climate change. Interestingly, the lead author comments that 'droughts and floods are extreme climate events that are likely to change more rapidly than the average climate'."

He was saying either that existing communications satellites should be magic'd into surveyors from in space, or that new communications satellites should be instead be new instruments for monitoring the enviroment, and presumebly that no one, including himself, should have to pay for it.

What bullshit empathetic pleas like his amount to, all of them, are, someone else should do hard work for free so I can feel better about myself. There is no more selfish or shiftless a person than he and his kin. They should all be condemed to death by slave labor, primarily for the irony.
