An anonymous reader writes "Slate has an article about Internet radio stations that use the aacPlus codec from XM satellite radio instead of MP3. Some of the ones they link to sound pretty good even at 24 kbps."

Yeah aacPlus whatever. Did you see that link on Slate about the non-smoking country?
Bhutan is aiming for another mark: What it calls "gross national happiness."
Oh and they charge a $200 a day tourist fee, this sounds like the crappiest country EVAR! Man $200 a day? I spent a month in Portugal for that much and these bastards want $200 a day, screw that.
