    Is that really what passes for a laptop in the UK? I thought those old beasts went the way of the wooly mammoth 5 years ago.

    Well, either way, whatever. The chip is faster, blah blah blah. Intel's got OEMs onboard. Looks like another winner. etc.

    But seriously, is that what laptops look like these days?

    Linux does not support scroll wheels because they are a secondary source of buffer overruns. A carefully crafted scroll-wheel virus could potentially damage the entire system as the mouse/touchpad driver lives directly in the kernel.

    I can't believe you're touting a built-in scroll wheel as a feature that WinDOS has over Linux!
