Recently, we've seen IBM open up 500 patents and SUN up the ante with 1600. But all of these moves are targeted at F/OSS software.     Something tells me that these IP insurance lawyers are the same people as the patent lawyers. I mean the skillset would appear to be the same right ?

    Who's really suprised though? It's just lawyers creating work for themselves, i.e.: buisness as usual for them.
