2K Games Adds More Titles to its Roster
Take-Two publishing's 2K Games label, unveiled late last month, has acquired yet more hit titles to go alongside the MLB and Civilization franchises, according to Gamespot. Elder Scrolls IV, sequel to the hit Morrowind, and long anticipated Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of the Earth will be copublished with Bethesda Softworks.
As much as I want Take-Two to kick ass. This list is pretty mild. They really need some firepower to go up against the competition.
MLB - A debate-able 3rd rank in sports games sales.
Civilization franchises - Didn't this live in the Sims shadow.
Elder Scrolls IV Morrowind - The original was never big enough to top final fantasy series.
Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of the Earth - Don't know much about. Probably can't aim at the masses?
