Lexmark's DMCA-Abuse Case Coming To An End

Adama writes "Lexmark is dead in the water with their hopes to use the DMCA to force their customers to buy their over-priced toner. Their request for another hearing has been denied.     In Soviet Russia, only old Korean overlords use Beowulf clusters of Lexmark chips.

    well, you see, that involves the customer getting out there and getting informed. people do this with things like cars, but when it comes to anything computer related, they for some odd reason see absolutely no reason to get educated.
