Sharing copyrighted music is copyright infringement. Downloading music is not.

Oh boy, here we go again...

If you know that by downloading a work that falls under copyright terms which disallow copying, that you are actually making a copy of that work in the process of downloading it, then you ARE INFRINGING COPYRIGHT and you ARE BREAKING A LAW.

I will continue to buy from them.

You will now knowingly conspire to participate in criminal activity with them? The number of people around here who think they know the law just amazes me!

Good luck to you sir! You will need it if you are targeted a legal team of the music industry.

DUH ! Mob mentality does not justify theft. Just because Rodney King gets a million bux (eventually) and a riot breaks loose, with smashed store fronts (read: FREE stuff !!) doesn't mean it's lawful to steal, just because you can. Your names and addresses have been logged, and you will be receiving a court summons soon. Fear. Tremble. I don't care. You're going to pay the piper.

You don't live in Russia (I do). And from my point of view its America who is becoming a fascist country.

Oh quit it with the drama-queen acting. America is not becoming a fascist country. I can walk down the street with absolutely no fear of persecution from my government. Granted, I'm a white man, but I would assume it's the same for colored people too.
