    Let's keep this infrared technology for webcams under wraps. The technology has useful military applications (e.g. night vision), and the Chinese would surely use the technology against Americans in any war.

    Also, the Chinese could use this technology in creating better night-vision goggles. The People's Liberation Army would use such goggles to hunt down and kill Tibetans who are hiding under the cover of the night.
