Google's X Files Vanish

An anonymous reader writes "News.com reports that Google's latest technology experiment paid tribute to Apple Computer, but the Mac OS X-themed version of the search king's Web site was taken down a day after its debut. Though that particular page was taken down, there is a screenshot here displaying how the icons were magnified as the mouse hovered over them."

Boo - I was playing with that today, and I really loved it. Something like that would be especially cool for my blind friend who uses a computer more than I do, and I'm an SE! I hope that they bring something like that back to help the visually impaired.

    Attention Micron Technology Inc. management!

Your feeble attempts to appease us combined with recent bias against those in your fold that sympathize with moral acitons has left us no choice. We gave you every opportunity to make amends. We gave you every opportunity to turn yourselves around to become a decent employer. We gave you every opportunity to have a graceful end to your oppression of your Contractors. We demanded equal treatment of Contractors and you gave them more abuse. Don't act so suprised. Your wrongdoings will be avenged. Guerilla warfare will be the end of you.

You, as management of MTI, are charged with many things, the most serious of which are:

    1. Ignoring cases of sexual harassment from Micron employees towards female Constractors, knowing full well this kind of action is spreading.
    2. Randomly firing employees for the sole purpose of one's own enjoyment.
    3. Cutting positions in Fab 4 for the sole purpose of harassing Contractors.
    4. Encouraging abuse of Contractors who have been involved in accidents at the Boise site.
    5. Shuffling of stock for the point of unnecessarily injuring or burdening Contractors.
    6. Modifying security clearance of Contractors for the specific purpose of reporting false states of unauthorized access.
    7. Making contractors do tasks that under Micron's Regulations should be taken care of by security for the sheer enjoyment of making Contractors get behind in their work.

The end is near for you. Vengeance will be sweet. Have you nothing to say? No answer to these charges?

http://tinyurl.com/48ok3 The Schrodinger equation plays the role of Newton's laws and conservation of energy in classical mechanics - i.e., it predicts the future behavior of a dynamic system. It is a wave equation in terms of the wavefunction which predicts analytically and precisely the probability of events or outcome. The detailed outcome is not strictly determined, but given a large number of events, the Schrodinger equation will predict the distribution of results.
