Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against EA

yakitori writes "Today, the law firm of Schatz & Nobel, P.C. filed a class action lawsuit against Electronic Arts on behalf of shareholders. The complaint basically alleges that EA issued false financial projections to shareholders. Shares have dropped from $66 on March 21 to $53 on March 29."     How can you justify basing your buying preferences on someones weight? Do you really believe that somehow Oprah being below 125 pounds is going to make any difference in any products she may be hocking? No wonder our ads are saturated with unhealthy women masquerrading as sex appeal. You "Bigman" should be the one boycotted until you start making informed decisions based on actual qualities of the products, and not the physical attractiveness of the marketing.
