Computer Crash Reactions Examined

Among the numbers, 7% of those surveyed hit the computer, 13% yell at first, and another 13% try to "sweet-talk" their computer. I went to my bank's ATM, and the lady in front of me was arguing with the machine.
"That's not TRUE!"
"WTF do you mean, insufficient funds?!"
"I did put it in!"
For a second I had a flashback of that movie Slapshot when the guy inside the vending machine opens the door...
