Heavy Japanese Support for Xbox 2
Gamasutra has word that there are already several Japanese game development studios and designers lining up to create titles for the Xbox 2 system. Yoshiki Okamoto, a former producer at Capcom, is quoted in the article as being surprised at the response the new console is getting. From the article: "I've been hearing that some other designers will also be joining. There are a lot of surprises. I find myself saying: 'What, this development studio!? This game!? These people!?'" Surely if Microsoft ruled the console market and stopped developing and investing some new console maker would rise and teach them the error of there ways.
But it's just a theory, not like there is president or anything. ( cough... Atari, Nintendo, Sega)

I am going to buy like 87.2 Xbox 3s. It's going to be so awesome I'm going to need spares around the house because I'll be drooling all over them every day. I just know it, even though I'n basically living my gaming life around hype right now.
