Dockapps Arrive at the OS X Dock

An anonymous reader writes "Many of us have fallen in love with the convenience of dockapps through fvwm2, Windowmaker and Afterstep. Now, it looks like dockapps are finally coming to OS X at last. It's not Dashboard, but it is very cool."

    I haven't been following the situation too closely, but doesn't this seem like one more non-story in the recent, okay, flood of crap where stories used to be?

    Insert minus one here. Next week /. will be offering me mod points like they do every week. I'm fed up. In 59 posts over more than a year, I have been rated twice above a 1. If I am that witless, perhaps it's time to tell tell the editors (and the scared little wimps who can't bear to assign points to a woman, it's not like I want your sperm, blech) exactly what internal they can write their mod points to. And it ain't firewire, honey.
