Broadband War & an Interactive Municipal Map

Across the country, acrimonious conflicts have erupted as local governments attempt to create publicly funded broadband services with faster connections and cheaper rates for all citizens, narrowing the so-called digital divide. The Bells and cable companies, for their part, argue that government intervention in their business is not justified and say they are far better equipped to operate complex and far-flung data networks. There is also an interactive municipal broadband legislative map that details the major battlegrounds on the issue. At stake is the fate of high-speed Internet access for millions of Americans, hinging on a fundamental question of civics and economics--whether the government or private industries should take the leading role in building out what's considered this generation's critical infrastructure challenge. Its map shows a breakdown of muni-projects in each state, which have or are developing fiber or Wi-Fi projects, and are facing (existing or pending) legal barriers to doing business."

Dear Troll McClure,

Around the age of four before I even knew what Armageddon was, I've had the dreams. In some/most of these dreams I am always apart of a select few that battle Satan at the end of days. In others, it is always some dramatic dream about a future event that usually comes true, for instance, before 9/11 I had a dream I was on Staten Island looking at the city from across the river, the dream has no sound and it eerily serene but sudden I hear a loud trumpet, I see a homeless man with no eyes and he is speaking but I can't hear him over the trumpet, I turn to look across the river at the city again and it's ablaze in fire and destruction, suddenly the homeless man whispers in my ear "Look what you've done". These dreams however, are not the problem, the problem is that every time I have one of these End Time Dreams it usually accompanied, by a horrible hellish nightmare later that week. Theses dream are so vivid that I feel myself acting out the dreams in my sleep, and can't wake my self up. The dream usually it involves waking up to find an evil presence looming over me or talking with me, and I can't move, I could hold a conversation but every time when I try to rebuke the demon I would stutter and can't get the words out. It became especially trying when in my teen years where I would be physically attacked and wake up with bruises, or if I screamed in my dream I would have a sore throat when I woke up. At this point, I am an insomniac; I am terrified of sleeping alone or at night. Does anyone have a clue as to what is happening to me?
