KingDaveRa writes "The BBC is reporting that IBM is losing 13,000 jobs. This comes after disappointing financial results. Most jobs will be going in europe."

    Jobs are going to Europe ? Not for long, as income there is insanely high, compared to India or East Asia, not to mention Africa. You can bet that these 13,000 jobs won't stay in Europe for long.
