POV-Ray Competition Winners

An anonymous reader noted that you can "See how far POV-Ray developers have pushed the limits of raytracing in the POVCOMP 2004 Raytracing Contest." Yes it's from 2004. It's still neat. And you try finding something interesting on a holiday monday ;)

    We've had millions of people fight and die protecting the USA, so even if you are not a citizen, please show respect and understand where those who do care are coming from.

      What a treat. Yes lets talk about the poor soldiers sent to their pointless deaths or maimed or emotially wrecked in bullshit wars like Iraq and Vietnam. Let's pray from and for our god blessed Bushian government who will protect our precious freedoms against terrorists who hide in caves and download warez with bittorrent. amen

      Why don't you celebrate it on Rememberance Day (aka Armistice day, Nov 11), like the rest of the world, and honour all those who've died in war?

      War takes people of all nations, and almost all of them are just kids doing their duty.

    How is it informative to cut & past the list from the second page of the povcomp site ? Especially since the parent left out the Honorary Mentions ?
