Google Releases Maps API for External Use

    What the fuck does that mean? Never mind a casual search to ensure he's not posting a dupe, he doesn't even appear to READ the fucking site?

    Um no, it has nothing to do with "enforcement methods", most narcotics users live in the poorer sections of cities. Also, most are niggers.
