Yahoo Purchases Konfabulator

I know it is silly - but we always linked on the verbs, and I think we should try to do that more. Then, maybe at least one link to a relevant site is needed to help out the clueless. If we are being shown RAID 101 stories, are we expected to know every piece of software out there?

Sad news ... Art Bell dead at 52

I just heard some sad news on talk radio - Host of the eerie late-night radio show Coast To Coast, Art Bell, 52, was found dead in his Nevada home this morning. There weren't any more details. I'm sure everyone in the Slashdot community will miss him - even if you didn't enjoy his show, there's no denying his contributions to the sleep deprived, the graveyard shift and truckers across the nation.

He's probably smiling down on us from that great big UFO in the sky.
