V For Vendetta Delayed until March 2006

The film stars Natalie Portman and was written by Matrix creators Andy and Larry Wachowski. This delay comes as quite a blow not only to expectant fans, but also to the marketing campaign of the film, as the clever tagline tie-in 'Remember, remember the 5th of November' is decidedly weaker when you attempt to rhyme it with March 17th."

At least this time they didn't steal the idea from someone else and try to pass it off as their own creation. Although it should've been painfully clear from the differences between the first movie and the second two that whoever wrote the first had nothing to do with the two that came after.
