I read that as "Amazon uses One-Click to sue and enforce BS."
One-click suing... got me scared for a moment...
So we are supposed to think they are the good guys because they opened up (slightly) patents on things they never should have applied for anyways (like "graphical display of data").
If they want me to consider them to be the good guys they will have to relinquish all such ridiculous pattents.
You're giving Amazon ideas. Dangerous ideas. The last thing we need is for them to add a corporate layer with one-click lawsuit support. Especially if they can break into SCOs offices and steal their beta version of the algorithm.
