"Reporters Without Borders' 'Handbook for Blogger and Cyber-Dissidents" is partly financed by the French government and includes technical advice on how to remain anonymous online.' Makes me proud to be a developer of communication software."

    Something about that doesn't quite add up, I just can't put my finger on it...

    Its like there is some contradiction in there, some blatant example of hypocrisy...
