MSN Takes on Google AdWords

kevmo writes "CNET News.com reports that Microsoft's MSN unit launched its own paid-search advertising program in France and said it plans to begin testing the system in the United States next month. FTA: "The system competes with Google's AdWords program and will eventually replace a keyword-based advertising program MSN contracts out to Yahoo. It has a simple user interface and is notable for its use of customer profiling, taking advantage of the data MSN gathers from its more than 9 million subscribers.""

    Falun Dafa/Falun Gong members are being killed by the TENS OF THOUSANDS by the Chinese gov't. This must stop. Falun Gong/Falun Dafa is a peaceful movement, and the Chinese gov't is treating them brutally!

    Why is this not being reported more in the media? Why does slashdot continually PRAISE China while turning a blind eye to what they are doing to Falun Gong?

    Honestly, do the moderators on here even read the articles? How the hell is the parent post "offtopic"? Don't be modding me off topic, I'm pointing out moderation abuse. That is always a valid topic.
